The cream of fat is obtained by a fine grinding of the fat, with addition of a mixture of garlic, rosemary and honey as anti-oxidant. It can be tasted on buns cooked in owen, on toasts or bread, on boiled potatoes, in vegetable soups, like flavour for pods, to soften fish or white meat.
It is also excellent to flavour spaghetti and risotti.
