The wine-making process:
The Grapes are harvested, gathered and pressed under the protection of inert gas (dry ice). The must is left to rest at cold temperature before starting the fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation is done into inox tanks under controlled temperature (16° C) and then left on fine lees for 4 months. Light clarification with bentonite. The Bottling is done with thick filters therefore the wine is left refining in bottle for at least 3 months.

The wine color is brilliant straw yellow. Our Lunatico is characterized by many aromas, from citrus notes to tropical fruit, with a pleasant plant aftertaste.
